Our home care agency is a small private domiciliary home care service providing personal care for the individuals within their own home, and respite for the main caregiver. Quality Care At Home provides Home Care to those living central to Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, and surrounding areas, such as Gorleston, Caister, Bradwell. We are registered by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Norfolk County Council.

Our Home Care Agency will ensure that Service Users are given personal care support that maintains their dignity and privacy.
Quality Care At Home supports independent living by assisting the individual to maintain a full and active a life as their physical and mental condition will allow.
To recognise when Service Users' needs change both physically or emotionally and to offer support when requested or required in line with 'duty of care', and to contact relevant persons or appropriate agencies through Norfolk County Council, Adult Social Care when the need arises.
Quality Care At Home will ensure all financial transactions remain transparent, to promote independent living.
Our home care agency promotes good relations with Service Users and their families, or relevant representatives in order to deliver quality home care services. Our 'Respite for main care giver' service supports 'time out' when required.
In order to achieve aims and objectives, the home care agency will provide care services that remain in line with creative thinking currently available, as well as the on-going development of the best practices in social care.
The individual's home care needs will be assessed prior to offering any specific, and or personalised domiciliary care services.
Our home care agency will regularly review , or as and when required to ensure levels of care provided are maintained, increased, or decreased as the individual's needs determine. This will involve service Users, their Representatives, and when necessary other relevant persons.
Individual personal care plans support independent living and will include: identified needs, a management plan to meet these needs, an acknowledgment of any unmet needs and a plan of action of how these needs will be met.
Quality Care At Home will provide clear costs of home care provision, and will strive to maintain a value for money home care service. Notification of any changes to home care services or contract including fees will be presented in a clear jargon free method.
